-Do you guys cook on location?

Yes, we arrive 1 or 2 hour before hand to cook everything on site. We also have a pre-cooked option where an employee also stays on site to serve your guest.

-Do you guys cover my area?

We cover  Ventura/Los Angeles/ Orange/ Riverside and more

-Do the cooks/employees wear uniform?

Yes, white chef coats and always well trimmed and professional.

-If I don’t have the exact guest count yet, can i still reserve?

Of course,we are very flexible and you can make any changes up to 5 days prior

-Do you use Lard?

No! all of our non-meat products are vegetarians Friendly.

- Is everything really homemade?

Yes, you’re hiring an upscale taco catering company. We dice all of our meats by hand. Marinate all of our own foods.

we make our delicious  salsa and chop everything from scratch. Everything is cooked fresh for you! Rice and beans come precooked and are made the day of your event.

In order to secure an event, a non-refundable deposit of will be required.(the full booking fee is completely non-refundable and we reserve the right to reschedule, if at all.)

-Do you cook onsite?

Yes! Half the fun of hiring a taco caterer is watching us cook all the food fresh, right before your eyes! We arrive approximately an hour before serving.  We also offer drop off service, if you're just in it for the delicious food!
